Son of the multi-culture of Lisbon in the 21st century, the artist, musician, multi-instrumentalist, producer and Luso-Brazilian DJ by name T3MPURA, also known as Tempura the Purple Boy, is synonymous with crunchy, high-quality music.  Roots bassist, along the way, he immersed himself in studies of Pop music in London, Jazz in Rotterdam and Electronica in Berlin, where he is now resident. Founder of the acclaimed Portuguese group Bandua, which mixes oral tradition of Portuguese song with electronica, has several releases on international labels, and in Portugal counts as a collaborator on numerous platinum and gold albums. Without ever letting a single style define him, his sound is characterised by a surgical and energising sound treatment, transporting listeners through its purple world, on a fascinating journey that captures spirit, mind and body.
