About

Talk - Grief
Talk
Somatic Bodywork
Alchemy of Grief combines a talk with a somatic practice. It is an experience to support you in navigating the processes of letting go and closure, as well as preparing you to stay open and welcome the gifts and blessings awaiting in the days ahead. This session will invite you to honestly explore your inner worlds in a new way, to touch the mystery of the healing process through connection with the other, and to nurture and expand your capacity for self-love. "Your attitude to suffering must change. Suffering is primarily a call for attention, which itself is a movement of love. More than happiness, love wants growth, the widening and deepening of awareness and consciousness and being. Whatever prevents that becomes a cause of pain, and love does not shirk from pain." Nisargadatta Maharaj

Edyta is a somatic guide trained at the Pantarei Somatic Bodywork School in Berlin and a certified Compassion Coach from the ACT (Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education at Stanford University, co-founded by His Holiness The Dalai Lama).Edyta believes that our bodies are portals to awareness, wholeness, and freedom, teaching deep listening and embodied alignment, and supporting people throughout times of grief, building meaningful, fulfilling relationships, and creating purpose-driven life at work. This year, to the Being Gathering,  Edyta is bringing embodied reflection on grief.
