Anna Elisa, mother of Vicente and Earth Caretaker, is the founder of NOS Escola, the pioneering integral health school in Brazil and Portugal. Since 2006, she has been passionately serving as a health coach (IIN) and Plant-Based Chef (NGI).
Anna Elisa is a certified practitioner in lunar flower therapy, natural gynecology, and dietary education (FSI).
She is head of well-being and health expert at two companies that focus on health: Mude - a community of well-being seekers and B.long, a longevity clinic based in Cascais.
Her impactful journey extends to television as the host of two programs on GNT (Brazil) and as the author of "Sem Tempero não dá" ("Can't Do Without Spice").
Certified by the Association of Drugless Practitioners and Teachers College Columbia University, Anna Elisa shares her expertise as a speaker and health consultant for corporations.
Currently pursuing studies at Harvard Medical School, she embodies a holistic approach to well-being, embodying her role as a caregiver for the planet and advocate for comprehensive health education as an international speaker.
