Filipa Veiga

About

Filipa is a student and teacher dedicated and committed to the studies of Vedic philosophies. The arrival of yoga opened doors to all other sciences called vedas which are the spiritual heritage of humanity. She has studied and is an authorized teacher of the Asthanga Yoga method, as taught by her teacher Sharath Jois. She refined her practice with names such as Ana Maria Magalhães, Prem Carlisi, Petri Raisonen, Tarik von Pren, among many others.

She studied the Yoga Sutras and Vedic texts with masters in India. In the evolution towards the feminine, she certified in Yin Yoga and she is the first certified teacher in Portugal using the DSYF method (Dynamic Spiral Yin Fascia Yoga) with Beta Lisboa. She studied meditation with several masters and Ayurveda with names as Vasant Lad and Dr Amrtasidi in Ubud, and completed Ayurveda Coaching certification for women with Shakti School. She has been offering in-person and online classes for over 15 years, retreats around the world and participating in wellness festivals curating, producing and sharing her teachings.

At this time she continues her studies in Ayurveda, Yoga and Sacred Sexuality with teachers such as Sharada Devi and Katie Silcox, and follows the traditional lineage of studying the unconscious also known as the inner child, devotional practices such as rituals, mantras and guided meditations.

In Being Camp, Filipa is holding sunset meditations, with a different theme everyday (Embodying Surya, The Sunset Codes, The Death and Rebirth Meditation, Embrace the Light), a breathwork (Heart Awakening) and a ritual (Puja to the 5 Elements).
