Myths and Fairy tales that live in our bodies
“Shakespeare said that art is a mirror held up to nature. And that’s what it is. The nature is your nature, and all of these wonderful poetic images of mythology are referring to something in you.” Joseph Campbell A Myth is a manifestation in symbolic images, in metaphorical images, holding ancient stories, often present in our lives and bodies. The key to this journey has been saved in a place that was long been forgotten! A place that comes to us through dreams, sensations, feelings, perceptions, intuitions, our bodies.
Our bodies have stories to tell, but, where do they come from? Where do they lie silently? Where do they scream loudly? Where are they in me? Through the symbolic world of archetypes, we will take a few steps on the path to self discovery. Finding the story that lives deep in our bodies, could shine light and fortitude to the hero´s journey, YOUR body journey. As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being.” Jung
