Ayurvedic Medicine

Ayurveda is the traditional medical system of India which has the purpose to prevent and treat illness. For over 5000 years that Ayurveda brings life and harmony with the rhythms of the Earth and the Cosmos. The three essential humors ( Vata, Pitta and Kapha) define the body morphology, its physiological tendencies, moods, willpower, focus, inner and outer balance and other aspects. This vibrational medicine attunes us with our constitution, allowing us to understand the personal cadence of our existence, the lifestyle that brings us peace of mind, the habits and daily routine that when rooted in our daily lives drastically change our quality of life.

On the basis of Ayurveda is the deep respect for the body as the temple of the Soul, and develops itself as intelligently docile and adaptive preventive medicine, targeted for longevity, poise and joie de vivre. The pillars of Ayurveda are balanced eating, meditation and yoga, phytotherapy, massage along with various other therapies, which altogether provide a path to a life in harmony with the matrix at birth. The consultation provides suggestions for a lifestyle consistent with the individual body type, thus promoting the introduction of healthy daily habits, in harmony with body intelligence and with nature, allowing us to develop a better sense of awareness in our daily choices.

Astrology was my first passion. I started its study when I was 12, inspired by the curiosity of my inner world, and by the worlds of others surround me. Through it hints of who I am opened clarity, allowing me to support my choices and outline my path. My academic studies were in Ceramic Design which helped me to understand the concept of manifested Alchemy always present in my artistic work. Each piece would teach me to finish a cycle and to begin another. When I went to Astrology School – Quíron, in Lisbon, I also engaged my study in many other disciplines, like Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies, Crystal therapy and others that build up my awareness. The astrological knowledge brought birthed the need to heal myself and others, and thus Ayurveda came in my way in 2004, taking to India to profound the skills I developed with it. Since then I’ve been practicing it integrating all these strong trees of wisdom in my consultations, presentations and workshops . The beauty of this track that converges stars, art and healing makes me a more whole person.
