Watsu is a gentle form of body therapy performed in warm water (around 35°C). It combines elements of massage, joint mobilisation, shiatsu, muscle stretching and dance. The receiver is continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched.

At the Watsu pool there is the possibility to join a workshop or to book individual sessions. This practice comes highly recommended by anyone that has experienced it.

Because it is such a popular practice and the space is limited we advise you to book way in advance.

Because of the extreme popularity of the Watsu pool and because this gathering is set on the shores of a beautiful lake, we will be extending the modality into the waters of the lake (though there is no control over the water temperature).

The masterclasses are free.
Each individual session has a cost.
For more detailed info and bookings please check at the Info Stand or at Being Fields booking hub.
