Shopping Cart:
Clicking the shooping cart button and “Go to Basket” shows a summary of the items you’re purchasing
Once you’re finished buying tickets or adding services just click the “Proceed to payment” button to finalize your order


Logout button:
You can logout off the system
You can change your account password (just click “User Profile”)

Go to https://tickets.goodmood.org and click on: “Not registered yet? Sign up here”.

* If you have a previous account (p.e. from Boom Festival) you can use it. You don’t need to make a new registration.

Go to https://tickets.goodmood.org input your email and password and click “Sign in”.

How to recover your password 2016-12-07T02:22:54+00:00

Go to https://tickets.goodmood.org and click on: “Forgot your password? Click here”. You will receive an email with a new account password.

How to get tickets 2016-12-07T02:23:03+00:00
  • Go to menu “Items->Get tickets”. Click “Buy now” on the ticket you wish to get
  • Fill all the required details
  • Click “Add to basket” – your eticket will be added to the Shopping Cart
  • You will receive a warning: to finalize your order check your shopping cart. Click anywhere outside this box to dismiss it.
  • Repeat the process for each additional ticket/service you want to buy – they will be added to your shopping cart.
  • When you’re ready to pay, just click the Shopping Cart icon and click “Go to basket”
  • A short summary with your tickets and values is displayed on your screen. Here you can delete mistaken tickets.
  • Click “Proceed to payment” – you’ll be directed to the Redunicre payment page.
  • Fill your credit card details and click “Validate”
  • You will return to the ticket shop.
  • Check your email for your eticket PDF and your receipt PDF
  • Check in “Items->My tickets” for your tickets.
How to print your tickets (AKA send tickets to my email) 2016-12-07T02:23:13+00:00
  • Go to menu “Items->My tickets”. Click “Send to email”. You will receive an email with your ticket PDF attached that you can print anywhere.
  • You can also bring your ticket PDF to the gates in your mobile (in fact you should – avoid wasting paper… and trees).
  • You can always come to this menu to send your ticket PDF to your email.
How to add services (Bus or Tipis) to your ticket 2016-12-07T02:24:05+00:00
  • Go to menu “Items-> Get Services”.
  • Click on ” Buy now” on the required service.
  • Choose a ticket to associate the service.
  • Click “Add to basket” – your service will be added to the Shopping Cart
  • You will receive a warning: to finalize your order check your shopping cart. Click anywhere outside this box to dismiss it.
  • Repeat the process for each additional ticket/service you want to buy – they will be added to your shopping cart.
  • When you’re ready to pay, just click the Shopping Cart icon and click “Go to basket”

  • Agree with the Term of responsability
  • Click “Add to basket”
  • Your eticket will be added to the Shopping Cart

  • When you’re ready to pay, just click the Shopping Cart icon and click “Go to basket”
  • The rest of the process is the same as buying a regular ticket
My credit card payment is not accepted 2016-12-07T02:24:21+00:00

Only VISA or MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Redunicre (our payment gateway) does not “Accept” or “Refuse” credit card transactions, Redunicre only acts as a communication gateway between the merchant and the issuing bank.
Any message that is transmitted is the issuing bank’s responsibility, either it is accepted or refused.
There are a lot of reasons for payments being refused including Internet and/or overseas purchasing restrictions on your card, an incorrect password, incorrect expiry date or insufficient funds, etc. If you receive this error repeatedly we encourage you to contact the bank issuing your credit card in order to investigate and resolve the issue.
Customers who have a registered credit card at Verified by Visa or SecureCode system By MasterCard, will have to associate a password or any other form of authentication to carry out and complete online payments.
Usually at the time of purchase with those credit cards additional authentication steps are required (p.e. a password is sent to the customer phone). If at the time of authentication the customer mistakenly enters or does not enter at all this password or other element, the payment is not made.

If you don’t have a Credit Card you can also get your tickets / services with Paypal (www.paypal.com):

  • Create an account in our ticket shop at https://tickets.goodmood.org/ (if you don’t have one already).
  • Login and add the tickets and services you want to the shopping cart.
  • Send an email to etickets@being-gathering.org from the same email account that you used to login to the ticket shop saying:
    • I added my tickets / services to the shopping cart please send me the Paypal payment details
    • An email will be sent to you with the payment details
    • After payment send an email (to etickets@being-gathering.org) with your Paypal payment receipt
    • The tickets team will verify the payment and will send you a confirmation email so that you can login at the ticket shop and verify that your ticket is there. There you will be able to send the ticket to your email if you wish.
